Clay County Medical Center (CCMC) is thrilled to announce the expansion of our surgical services department. In a continued partnership with Surgical Associates of Manhattan, CCMC is increasing general surgery coverage to four days a week, and will continue to expand days as patient volume grows. Beginning in April 2022, Dr. David Pauls and Dr. Lance Saville will be joined by Dr. Mark Wolfe in serving the surgical needs of CCMC.

CCMC provides a comprehensive program of surgical services, ranging from simple outpatient procedures such as biopsies, to more complex operations such as laparoscopic surgery. Our state of the art operating rooms, a dedicated procedure room, and six pre and post-op rooms are operated by a great clinical team which includes the surgeons, anesthetists, and medical support nurses. CCMC is proud to provide expert surgical care, close to home. 

Starting in April, our surgeons will be seeing patients at our new Clay Center Family Physicians Suite location. This location is just adjacent to the front entrance of the Clay Center Family Physicians main location entry. Our team will continue to support the surgeons in their new location.
