Physical Therapist or Certified Physical Therapist Assistant (CPTA) – PRN position for a PT or CPTA licensed to work in Kansas that can assist regular staff during times of high census or shortage of staff by performing routine therapy treatments and patient care on an as needed basis. Experience is preferred.
PRN positions available for RNs and CNAs.
Registered Nurses – Full-time position on the 7P-7A shift and on the 7A-7P working three 12-hour shifts a week. Must be licensed and in good standings to work in the state of Kansas as a RN. Prefer someone with hospital experience. Experience in OB or ER is a plus but will educate and train the right person.
Certified Nurse Aide – Full-time position on the 7A-7P shift working three 12-hours shifts a week. Must be certified and in good standings to working the state of Kansas as a CNA. Prefer someone with hospital experience but will train the right person. Good people and communication skills are a must.
QUALITY IMPROVEMENT/RISK MANAGEMENT
Quality Improvement/Risk Management - Registered Nurse or someone with extensive medical/hospital knowledge to coordinate the QI/RM program. Full-time position working mostly QI/RM but will need to back up Utilization Review and if a RN work an occasional shift on the medical floor. Need excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to details and have analytical skills, ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
Director of Surgical Services – Full-time position for a working manager for the surgery department including some on-call with possible call-back. Will be responsible for managing and directing the overall performance within the surgical department including staff education and development, increasing surgical volumes, and the addition of new services/service lines in alignment with the strategic productivity, and the overall performance including compliance to applicable regulatory standards. Must be a licensed RN in the state of Kansas. A bachelor degree in nursing is preferred along with two to five years of supervisory experience. Must have three plus years of operating room clinical nursing experience.
Surgery RN – PRN position for a RN who will take call, be available for call back and occasionally work a shift during the week if needed. Expectations for this position are 3 shifts per month with 2 of them being weekend shifts of on-call with possible call-back.
Surgery Tech or Nurse – Full-time position for a self-motivated individual seeking full-time employment in the surgery department. The candidate will work in all areas of the surgery department including but not limited to: scrubbing, sterile processing, scheduling, etc. Will be on-call approximately 15 days per month with four of those days being weekends. Required 30 minute response time while on call. Prefer formal education for this position but will consider experience in place of education. Experience scrubbing preferred. Exemplary customer service required.
Housekeeper/Laundry Worker – PRN positions available. Flexible hours will vary depending on need due to census and staffing needs due to PTO and sick leave usage of full-time staff. Must be capable of working independently and with others, good people skills, pay attention to detail, follow instructions, and meet physical requirements.

Housekeeper/Janitorial Services -- Regular Relief less than 20 hours per week working mostly evenings at CCFP but may assist when needed at CCMC also. Must be capable of working independently and with others, good people skills, pay attention to detail, follow instructions, and meet physical requirements.
Admissions Clerk – Full-time position working 40 hours per week mostly Monday-Friday. Candidate needs exemplary customer service skills, basic office skills, good computer skills, good communication and people skills, detail orientated with extreme accuracy. Need to be organized and be able to multitask. Previous hospital experience is preferred but not required.
Admissions Clerk – PRN position available working to assist during short staffing. No guaranteed hours, schedule may flex depending on shift that needs covered. May include some weekend and evening coverage. Basic office skills, good computer skills, good communication and people skills, detail orientated with extreme accuracy is just a few traits required. Need to be organized and be able to multitask. Previous hospital experience is preferred but not required.

Candidate needs exemplary customer service skills, basic office skills, god computer skills, good communication and people skills, detail orientated with extreme accuracy. Need to be organized and be able to multitask. Previous hospital experience is preferred but not required.
RESPIRATORY THERAPY SERVICES
Registered or Certified Respiratory Therapist – Full-time position available. Prefer previous hospital experience but not mandatory. Will need to be able to assist with a rotation of on-call, some weekend and holiday coverage. Will need to be able to work independently and with others, have good people skills, basic office and computer skills along with above average skills as a respiratory therapist.
CLINIC: Coding/Insurance Clerk – Full-time position responsible for general medical records and insurance billing job duties. Must be able to work independently and with others. Need good communication and people skills. General office and computer skills are necessary. Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to details. Previous coding skills and insurance billing experience is not mandatory but would be helpful.
Nurse – Part-time positions for RNs or LPNs working in the clinic setting. Must be organized, have great people skills and an active Kansas license.
Hospice Registered Nurse – Full-time position for a RN who wants to be part of a team of people dedicated to serve terminally ill patients and family members in their time of need. Requires great people skills, active Kansas nursing license in good standings and a passion for the Hospice program. This position is one that will mostly serve our patients in the Marshall county areas. Must be willing to take a rotation of on-call and be available for call-back.
