National Recognition for Outstanding Patient Care

Clay County Medical Center (CCMC) is proud to announce its inclusion in Becker’s Hospital Review’s prestigious list of hospitals that patients would highly recommend. Based on data from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) survey, this recognition places CCMC among an elite group of hospitals nationwide that have earned a five-star rating for patient recommendation.

The five-star rating reflects exceptional performance in several key areas of patient experience, including communication with physicians and nurses, staff responsiveness, cleanliness, and care transitions. Survey data collected between July 2023 and June 2024 highlights CCMC’s continued commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care and ensuring patients feel supported throughout every stage of their healthcare journey.
