All members can sign up for any of the programs offered through the Mark A. Chapman Wellness Center. Making a few lifestyle changes can markedly enhance your overall fitness. Choose a fitness program that works best for you and your family.

Fitness programs are based on the premise that everyone has different objectives, needs and desires.  Recognizing these differences is the key to developing a targeted exercise program that will work for you.

A Personal Trainer will work with you to design a fitness program. Cardiovascular and resistance training can be integrated in a way that considers your abilities and targeted goals. Each month your personalized plan may be re-evaluated and any necessary adjustments made.
