Whatever your interests or fitness goals are, the Wellness & Fitness Center offers an exercise class to meet your needs.  Our professional aerobics instructors are nationally certified and specially trained to provide you with the safest and most exciting aerobics experience possible.  

Whether you like low-impact, step, slide, high-impact, cardio-funk or total body conditioning, our aerobics classes will provide you with the flexibility your demanding schedule requires.

  Aquasize - 60 minutes

A 60 minute cardiovascular workout in the water utilizing foam dumbells and noodles for resistance

 

  Boot Camp - 60 minutes

This 60 minute high-energy aerobic workout combines a little bit of everything from kickboxing to circuit training.  If you are looking for a challenging, intense, no-nonsense workout, this ones for you.

 

  Boxaerobics - 60 minutes

A 60 minute aerobic class combining intense upper body boxing combinations with foot work to give you a knock-out of a workout

 

  Dynamic Step - 60 minutes

This 60 minute class features innovative step movements combined with the basics to burn the calories and loose the inches.

 

  Step & Sculpt - 60 minutes

This 60 minute class combines traditional boxing, kickboxing and sports drills to give you a powerful, fat-burning workout.

 

  Senior Splash - 60 minutes

A 45 to 60 minute cardiovascular workout in the water just for seniors

 

  Senior Resistance - 45 minutes

This is a 45 minute class focusing on resistance training and flexibility using hand weights, tubes, bands, and balls.  Exercises are done both seated and standing

 

  Senior Water Games- 45 minutes

A 45 minute water class including volleyball and other sport drills.
