Crispy Vegetable Dip
This dip is a wonderful low calorie snack
and a great way to contribute to your vegetable intake.

In a bowl, stir together
the salsa, celery, cucumber, carrot and parsley. |

Refrigerate for at least
1 hour to blend the flavors. |

Serve as a dip with crackers. |
