Banana & Apple Dessert

September is "5 A Day Month". Are you getting your 5 servings daily from fruits & vegetables? If not, here is a recipe that will boost your fruit intake and provide an excellent source of calcium.

Ingredients:

Yield: 6 1/2 cup servings
3 medium bananas, peeled and sliced
2 medium apples, chunked with peel
5 cups non-fat yogurt, vanilla flavored
3 Tbsp walnuts or pecans, chopped

Combine all ingrediets and mix well.
Chill prior to serving.
Spoon into individual serving dishes and garnish with a cherry or sprinkle with cinnamon.
