BROCCOLI STRATA FRITTATA
Is An Egg A Day Okay?
The American Heart Association has relaxed its egg warnings
and now says that for most people, a healthy diet that is not high in
cholesterol can include an egg a day (maximum 7 eggs per week). Previously,
researchers thought eggs contained around 275 mg of cholesterol but now
they have found eggs contain 214-220 mg of cholesterol. Eggs are a wonderful
source of protein, vitamins, and minerals, so enjoy them!
