Chief Executive Officer – The position requires a professional administrator to manage CCMC in accordance with federal, state and local regulations. A successful candidate will have extreme leadership and people skills, sound decision-making skills, organizational experience in operations and planning, experience in fiscal management and budgets. Candidate must have Bachelors or equivalent at a minimum, a Masters in Health Administration is preferred with 3 years of experience in health administration. Salary is negotiable.
Registered Nurse – PRN position for a RN that is ACLS certified and proficient at reading telemetry strips. Prefer to utilize existing PRN staff at CCMC but will consider a RN with Cardiac experience that is not currently employed by CCMC.
Engineering Tech –Full-time position for a person in the Engineering/Maintenance Department. Prefer someone with formal training and/or certification in HVAC or plumbing, construction, etc. This would also include general maintenance such as painting, repairs, minor plumbing, snow removal, etc. Would be required to take a rotation of on-call for weekend and evening coverage.
Housekeeper/Laundry Worker – PRN position to fill in as needed. Prefer someone who can work various shifts. Must be capable of working independently and with others, good people skills, pay attention to detail, follow instructions, and meet physical requirements.
Housekeeper/Laundry Worker – Two Full-time positions. for the evening shift. One for the evening and one for the night shift. Must be capable of working independently and with others, good people skills, pay attention to detail, follow instructions, and meet physical requirements.
Certified Nurse Aide – Full-time position on the 7P-7A shift (nights).
Registered Nurse – Full-time and/or combination of part-time positions on the 7P-7A shift (nights).
ER Coordinator – RN with hospital and ER experience. This person will be responsible for coordinating and chairing the ER Committee, investigating and problem solving variances, conducting quality improvement programs for ER, updating and maintaining policies, assist with training to the department. This is NOT a full or part-time position. Hours may vary but is thought of as additional responsibilities for a nurse that wants to expand their leadership role.
OB Coordinator – This is a coordinator position intended to be incorporated with a current employee’s full-time employment or a new hire of an open RN position. (This is not a stand alone position opening.) Must be a RN with current and ongoing AWHONN FHM credentials, NRP, ACLS and STABLE. Responsibilities include some OB call, staff training and evaluations, policy and procedure review, OB QI/RM, leading the OB Committee and input in scheduling the OB area. Orientation and helping out in all areas in the nursing department will be expected.
PRN positions for RNs and CNAs available.
Respiratory Therapist – Part-time position for a CRT or RRT. This person will take a rotation of on-call, weekend and holiday coverage. Will need to be able to work independently and with others, have good people skills, basic office and computer skills along with above average skills as a respiratory therapist.
