Hope - Life - Love the Greatest of These is Love

When I first volunteered to stitch a square, I had not yet decided to whom the square would be dedicated. I had experience with Hospice through several friends. As I was getting close to finishing my square "The Church" my dear uncle had a massive stroke. We were told by his doctor that recovery was not likely. Shortly thereafter it was decided that Hospice by the Sea in Boca Raton, Florida was the place to take him.

We definitely made the right choice. He received wonderful care.The day after I finished my square uncle passed on. He was a loving kind soul. He did so very much for others especially those who could not do for themselves. I finished my square on March 16 and my uncle passed on March 17. It was as if fate stepped in and let me know exactly who this square was for.
