Drawing

We are no longer issuing tickets for the Drawing. Our thanks to all of you who have made generous contributions to Meadowlark Hospice.

The reception and drawing were a big success. Thanks to everyone who contributed!

You may request a ticket for the drawing till 5PM on November 9, 2001.
You must specify which drawing you want the ticket for, QUILT or PILLOW.
Per Kansas Law, no donation is required to receive a ticket and only one ticket will be issued per request. To request a ticket without making a donation mail a SASE to the address shown above.
The drawing will be held on November 10, 2001 at the Meadowlark Hospice offices in Clay Center Kansas.
Two tickets will be drawn at random from the Quilt entries. The first ticket drawn will receive the "Hanover" quilt, the second ticket drawn will receive the "Washington" quilt.
Three tickets will be drawn at random from the Pillow entries. The first ticket drawn will receive the "Dove" pillow, the second ticket drawn will receive the "Window" pillow, and the third ticket drawn will receive the "Bible" pillow.
You do not need to be present to win.
Winners will be notified by letter, telephone, or e-mail as is appropriate if not present during the drawing.
Only one prize will be awarded per entrant.
By entering the drawing you give permission to Meadowlark Hospice and Clay County Medical Center to use your name for promotional purposes.
