e-mail using the form above, or sending an e-mail to auction@ccmcks.org
containing the information asked for on the bid submission form.

at 5PM on November 15, 2001.
- If
the high bidder fails to provide timely payment the next highest bid may be accepted
as the winning bid.
- Payment
must be by personal check, cash, PayPal, or money order.
- You
do not need to be present to win.
- Winners
will be notified by letter, telephone, or e-mail as is appropriate.
- The
current high bidders name will be posted on our web site.
- By
bidding on an item you give permission to Meadowlark Hospice and Clay County Medical
Center to use your name for promotional purposes should your bid be accepted as
the high bid.
