BASIC LIFE SUPPORT For Initial Certification/ 1-Day Class

Course Description
The Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers course is designed for nurses, physicians, emergency medical personnel and other interested members of the community. This course covers adult, child and infant CPR (including two-rescuer scenarios and the use of the bag-valve mask): foreign body airway obstruction (both conscious and unconscious); automated external defibrillation; special resuscitation situations and other cardiopulmonary emergencies.

BLS initial Certification Classes will be for first time participants or those participants who have let their certification lapse past the renewal date (30-day grace period).
