Hey, Sports Fans and those who can’t tell a golf ball from a basketball!  Are you up for a challenge?  The Clay County Hospital Foundation invites you to our Bracket Challenge Membership Drive.

Those employees who are: 1) members of the Foundation, 2) currently participating by payroll deduction or 3) those who become members prior to March 15th, are eligible to participate in the employee pool/bracket selection contest. Additionally, patrons of the Mark A. Chapman Wellness Center may participate by making a contribution to the Foundation.

  1. To enter March Madness, you must be a current Foundation Member or join as a new member.

  2. Bracket Forms for the tournaments may be picked up from the folders on the bulletin board outside of Cardiac Rehab or by calling the Foundation office on Monday, March 15th OR individuals may print brackets from the internet.

  3. Completed brackets are due in the Foundation office prior to the first game.

 General Rules

  1. Men and Women’s Brackets will be available.

  2. The same person is not eligible to win in the Men’s and Women’s division in the same Round.

  3. Prizes provided by the Foundation are earned based on point totals.

  4. Points are awarded according to the following schedules and will be updated after each round has officially ended. Please watch the Dining Room Hallway and Cardiac Rehab bulletin boards for updates.

  5. If applicable, a Championship tie breaker will be decided by the score prediction for the final game.

  6. Prizes - Prizes may be picked up at the Foundation office.

THE CHAMPIONSHIP WINNERS
The grand prize for each bracket won a Honeycomb Backpack, Timberline Blanket, Tickets to the Little Apple Chorus, Tupperware Items, T-Shirt, Snapple drink, Popcorn, Kansas University & Kansas State University Candy Bar, and Mints.
