CC Hospital Foundation Annual Meeting

I want to stay with the Mission of celebrating the accomplishments of the foundation. So many has contributed to our success this past year.
Our program this evening tells the story of Building for a Healthy Future. On behalf of the board, please accept our gratitude for being a part of this very worthwhile Mission. The words to the song in the program are for you – You are Kind & Generous.
Foundation board members have worked tirelessly over the past year with our fundraising activities. They solicited applications for the $271,000 from the Department of Commerce Community Development grant. They called on friends and businesses individually, worked the booths at the fall fair and are signed up to work our booth at the spring fair. They hosted a St. Pat’s Callathon, which added a few thousand more to our effort. They have added over 40 new members to this organization. They’ve met twice a month for much of the year and are as supportive and committed a group as any board could ever be. I am so proud to be associated with them and would ask that they stand and be recognized.
To date, the Clay County Hospital Foundation will be able to contribute $1,043,016.49 to the expansion project.
