About Us
Since its establishment, the CCH Foundation has invested over $2 million, which has enabled CCH Foundation staff to support Clay County Medical Center in all areas of expansion, building and remodeling. Our offices are located on the second floor of the northwest wing of Clay County Medical Center, above the Mark A. Chapman Wellness Center.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Our Mission
The mission of the Clay County Hospital Foundation is to secure voluntary gift support for the Clay County Medical Center.
