• Ron Bender presented the collections committee report. After review and discussion the report was approved.
  
  
• Ron Bender presented a report on the employee Christmas gift certificates. The program has been unchanged since 2001. Full time employees receive $40, Part time $30, and PRN $20. The Board decided to continue the program unchanged.
  
  
• Ron Bender presented information on a proposed Assisted Living development. It would consist of two 8 person Senior Living Apartments. The developer would like to work with the hospital on putting a project together. The Board discussed the idea and asked Mr. Bender to look into it further.
  
  
• The Board also discussed various planning issues including future construction and medical staff issues. No action was taken.
  
  
• The next Board meeting is set for November 30th at 8:00pm in the Clay County Medical Center dinning room.
