• Jim Brinkman, CFO, presented the financial reports.  After review and discussion the Board approved the reports as presented.

• Marcia Newell, Foundation and Marketing Director, reported on the Clay County Hospital Foundation activities including fund raising, health promotion, and the tax credit program.  After discussion the Board thanked Mrs. Newell and the Foundation for their efforts.

• The board discussed the construction project and additional planning issues.
  
  
• The next Board meeting is set for Tuesday, November 21st at 8:00 p.m. in the Clay County Medical Center dining room.
