• Reviewed and approved the bad debt list for action.
  
  
• Planning issues were discussed. Ron Bender also reported on the meeting regarding space use in the 709 building that was held on July 5, 2000. In attendance were Clay County Medical Center Trustee Debbie Wietharn, CEO Ron Bender, County Commissioners Jerry Mayo and Dallas Nelson, and County Health Administrator Dana Rickley. A discussion was followed by a walk through of the building. County Health will store some records off site. County Health and Meadowlark Hospice will share a break room. County Health will also buy a small storage building (10-by -12 foot) similar to the one Hospice already uses and store equipment and non-temperature sensitive items in it. The storage building will be set up near the north east corner of the 709 Building. The space freed up by these moves will allow hospice to have more space without excessively overcrowding County Health.
