• Ron Bender, Chief Executive Officer, presented the accounts receivable report with recommendations for further action on selected accounts. After discussion, the report and requests were approved.
  
  
• Ron Bender and Chuck Smith, Chief Engineer, presented a bid for repair of the roof on the north wing and a bid for ductwork on the roof over the surgery suite from McGee Roofing. The bids were for $5,697 for the ductwork and $17,538 for the roof work. After review and discussion the board approved the bids.
  
  
• Ron Bender also presented a proposal to install a plenum and ducting in the laundry to correct a venting problem. After discussion the proposal from Thermal Comfort Air, Inc. of Manhattan was approved by the Board at a cost of $7,574.
  
  
• The Board toured some areas of the hospital and discussed various planning issues. It was decided to ask the architect to add the floor in the dietary department to the plans for facility improvements.
  
  
• The next Board meeting is set for June 11th at 7:30pm.
