• Jim Brinkman, CFO, presented the financial and reports for March.  After discussion the Board approved the reports.  Mr. Brinkman then presented the collections committee reports.  After review and discussion the accounts for collection and legal action were approved. 

• Ron Bender, CEO and Ron Roth, Board Member, reported on the assisted living facility.  It is full but could serve additional day care residents.

• The Board discussed the upcoming open house for the completion of the “Building for a Healthy Future” project.  The open house will be Sunday May 6th from 2 to 4:30 p.m. 

• Ron Bender updated the Board on the construction project.  It is down to small details and nearly complete.  Lori Penner led the Board on a tour of the new Cardiac Rehab department.

• The next Board meeting is not yet set due to many conflicting dates in May.  Mr. Bender will contact our auditor, Roger Johnson, about dates he is available to set the date and time for the next meeting.
