• The Meeting was called to order at 8:30 p.m. after the Clay County Hospital Foundation Annual meeting.
• Ron Bender, CEO, presented the Collections Committee report.  After review and discussion the accounts for collection and legal action were approved. 
• The Board reviewed a letter from David Thompson, regarding the paving of 8th Street between Liberty and Franklin streets.  After discussion of the options, the Board moved to support the majority opinion of the landowners in whichever option they chose.  The owners along the affected part of 8th street will decide between the options of requesting the City to leave the street as is, pave the street with millings at minimal cost or to pave with new hot mix and curb and gutter the street.  The hospital’s share of the cost of the hot mix-paving proposal was estimated at $12,000 to $15,200 dollars.
• The Board discussed the construction project and operational and planning issues.
• The next Board meeting is set for Tuesday, April 24th at 7:30pm in the Clay County Medical Center Education room.
