DIABETES SUPPORT GROUP

The Diabetes Support Group will meet on Monday, February 28, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. in the Education Center of the hospital on the 2nd floor.

The program being presented is "Taking Diabetes to Heart". The program will discuss how to manage diabetes to achieve a better quality of life and will discuss the critical link between diabetes and heart disease and ways to lower your risk.
