CCMC SERVING AS CLINICAL ROTATION SITE

Clay County Medical Center, in partnership with Cloud County Community College, is now serving as a clinical rotation site for students in the Associate Degree in Nursing (RN) program. Four groups of nine students each will spend Tuesdays and Wednesdays for three weeks rotating through different departments in order to become familiar with various aspects of nursing.

CCMC employee Stacy Charbonneau, RN (BSN), who will be the clinical instructor for the students during their rotation here at CCMC, said "We are really excited about having these clinicals. This is a fabulous opportunity for us to share some of the lessons we have learned here in the real world, while giving these students a chance to take what they have been taught and apply it to everyday situations."

The first group of ARN students are scheduled to begin their rotation on Tuesday, September 4, 2007.
