KANSAS OPTIMIZING HEALTH PROGRAM (KOHP)

Do you live with arthritis, diabetes, heart or lung disease, asthma or the effects of a stroke? Enroll in a six-week program called Kansans Optimizing Health Program (KOHP). Classes will be held at Clay County Medical Center beginning August 22, 2012 at 5:15 p.m. in the education centers.
