DR. WU JOINS CARDIAC CLINIC

In October, through our affiliation with Cotton O'Neil in Topeka, Dr. Wu and Dr. Meyer will share the patient care in the Cardiac Clinic.

About Lambert A. Wu, M.D.
On Oct. 21, 2004, Cotton-O’Neil Heart Center, a division of Stormont-Vail HealthCare, announced the addition of Lambert A. Wu, M.D., to its medical staff. Dr. Wu and his wife relocated from Rochester, Minn., where he most recently held the position of Instructor at the Mayo School of Medicine. Dr. Wu was also a clinical fellow in the Cardiovascular Diseases Fellowship Program, Division of Cardiovascular Diseases, Department of Internal Medicine at the Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Minn.

Dr. Wu received a combined bachelor of science/doctorate of medicine degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, in 1997. He completed his residency in internal medicine at the Mayo Clinic in 2000. He also completed a fellowship in adult cardiovascular diseases at the same medical facility in June 2004.  Dr. Wu is board certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular diseases. He is also certified in echocardiography and nuclear cardiology and has had additional training in cardiac magnetic resonance (MRI).
