JOHN WETTER'S ARTWORK NOW ON DISPLAY
October 13, 2014

This exhibition includes artwork of paintings, drawings, and pottery from the Wetter's family. The pottery will be on display in the hallway by the main entrance. The art show takes place in the hospital's dining room and ends November 21, 2014.

Lucas John Wetter was born 2/15/85 in Marysville, Kansas to Joseph F. & Mary Ellen Wetter. He had 3 older brothers, and 1 younger sister.    He grew up on a farm east of Marysville, KS. He went to St. Gregory's Catholic school, Marysville Jr. & Sr. High school.  He loved football, wrestling and track. He was an active in 4H, Youth group and FFA. Read more»


CLAY COUNTY MEDICAL CENTER TAKES PART IN PIOTIQUE PARADE FLOAT

This year for the Piotique Parade, Clay County Medical Center went with a LEGO themed float. To start off, a LEGO making party for employees and their family members was held in the Education rooms.

 Employees, spouses, children and grandchildren joined our effort and helped construct the LEGOs to support the Building Memories theme. While eating popcorn and watching the Lego movie, we still managed to construct over thirty LEGOs.  Read more»
